Loch Borralie is situated behind the new Keoldale farm buildings. It contains wild brown trout and Charr.
To the South end of the Loch, the water is quite shallow for some way out and can be waded to enable a wide area to be fished form the bank.
The both sides of the loch deepen very quickly. Fishing along the edge of the deep can be very productive.
To the North of the Loch, there is a rocky outcrop that can provide shelter from a North wind.
Fishing between the Island and the shore of the Loch can also be productive for bank fishing.
Boat fishing is generally productive across the whole loch.
